Welcome to Plynn (“we,”, “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Plynn platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Plynn, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
- “Platform” means the Plynn web-based software, including all features, user interfaces, and related services.
- “User” or “you” means any individual or organization accessing or using the Platform.
- “Content” means any materials, data, videos, or information displayed or made available through the Platform, including third-party content such as YouTube videos.
- “Subscription” means a paid plan that grants access to certain features or services of the Platform Plynn.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if applicable) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use Plynn solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the Platform’s source code.
- Circumvent any access or security controls.
- Use the Platform to develop or assist in developing a competing service.
- Upload, link, or distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
4.3 Account Sharing and Licensing
Each user account and license is intended for a single individual user. Sharing, sublicensing, or allowing others to access the Platform using your credentials or organizational license beyond the number of authorized users is prohibited. Plynn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to violate this provision.
5. Subscription and Payment Terms
Plynn offers paid services. Users understand and agree that any fees charged by Plynn are solely for access to curation, AI-powered recommendations, learning path design, analytics, or other value-added features provided by Plynn and not for access to, distribution of, or any rights in the YouTube videos themselves. Plynn does not sell, license, or commercially redistribute any third-party videos, nor does it charge users for viewing or accessing such videos. All YouTube content is streamed directly from YouTube’s platform in accordance with its terms and community guidelines.
5.1 Subscriptions allow
Certain features of Plynn require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and payment methods will be specified at the time of purchase. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership and Third-Party Content
Plynn provides access to learning materials that may include or embed videos and other media hosted on third-party platforms, including YouTube. Plynn does not own or control such third-party content and provides access solely under the respective platform’s terms and APIs.
6.2 YouTube Dynamic Availability
The YouTube environment is dynamic and subject to change. Videos may be updated, restricted, or removed by their authors or by YouTube at any time. Because Plynn’s learning paths include curated YouTube content, some lessons or links may become unavailable without prior notice. Plynn is not responsible for such changes and does not guarantee continued access to any third-party video or resource.
6.3 Platform Embedding Restrictions
Embedding, framing, or otherwise integrating the Plynn platform, interface, or any portion thereof into other software systems, learning management systems (LMS), intranets, or websites without Plynn’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6.4 Plynn Intellectual Property
All software, design, content (excluding third-party videos), trademarks, and other proprietary features of the Platform are owned by Plynn Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms.
7. User-Generated Content
You may create or upload certain materials (e.g., playlists, notes, or metadata). By submitting such content, you grant Plynn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to share such content.
8. Confidentiality
If you receive non-public information from Plynn (such as beta features or enterprise documentation), you agree to keep it confidential and use it solely as authorized. Plynn will likewise protect your confidential information with reasonable care.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of Plynn is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable laws. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.
10. Third-Party Services (YouTube, etc.)
Plynn uses the YouTube’s official API Services to display and organize video content. By using Plynn, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Plynn does not guarantee the ongoing availability or functionality of any third-party API or service and is not responsible for interruptions or changes originating from them.
11. Service Availability and Modifications
Plynn may modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. For paid subscriptions, Plynn will make reasonable efforts to maintain core functionality throughout the paid term.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plynn and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Platform. Plynn’s total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Plynn in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plynn, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Termination
Plynn may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to access or use the Platform will immediately cease. Certain obligations (e.g., confidentiality, IP, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
16. Changes to Terms
Plynn may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
