Plynn is the employee-led learning platform for L&D. Employees ask for what they need - in Slack, Microsoft Teams, or the browser - and Plynn generates a personalized micro-course in about two minutes: curated video segments from trusted public creators and the company’s own recordings, sequenced with notes, quizzes, and an AI tutor. L&D gets real-time visibility into what the workforce is actually trying to learn.

Why we exist

Your people already learn all day - on YouTube, in ChatGPT, in Slack threads, at the desk of whoever knows. That learning is real, constant, and completely invisible to the systems companies pay to manage it. We started Plynn to close that gap: keep the speed and self-direction of how people actually learn, and add the structure, quality, and visibility that make it something an organization can build on.

What we believe

Learning starts with a question, not a catalog

Nobody wakes up wanting "a course". They want to lead tomorrow’s QBR, build the churn dashboard, adopt the new tool. Plynn treats that question - typed in Slack, Microsoft Teams, or the browser - as the beginning of the loop, and answers it with a course built for that person, that topic, and that time budget.

The best content usually already exists

Between the public video library and a company’s own recordings - Loom walkthroughs, Zoom trainings, recorded calls - most topics are already well taught somewhere. The scarce thing is curation: finding the right segments, in the right order, at the right depth. That is the job our AI does, with notes, quizzes, and a tutor layered on top.

Visibility without surveillance

L&D deserves to see topic demand, skill maps, and emerging gaps in real time. Individuals deserve privacy in what they ask. Role-based access keeps both true at once - and we never train models on customer content.

Where we are today

Plynn is invite-only, working closely with early enterprise customers. Our first pilot - with the engineering, data, and support teams of a fintech company - saw 60% of employees adopt Plynn with zero nudges from L&D, and 90% come back for a second course. The numbers and methodology are public on our pilot results page. Plynn was co-founded by Eran Vaisfailr (CEO) and Ziv Erlichson (CTO), and we ship with the controls enterprises expect from day one: SAML SSO, SCIM 2.0 provisioning, role-based access, and audit logs, standard on every plan.
