Pilot results

Counted, not projected.

These are the measured results of Plynn’s enterprise pilot, run with the engineering, data, and support teams of a fintech company. Every figure below was counted during the pilot period - none are projections, benchmarks, or industry averages. The pilot team stays anonymous by agreement; attribution is by role only.

The numbers

60%organic adoption
Sixty percent of employees in the pilot team used Plynn without any prompting, mandate, or reminder from L&D. Adoption was measured by unique employees who generated or completed at least one course during the pilot period.
70%cost saving vs. traditional LMS seats
Comparing the pilot's per-learner cost against the team's existing per-seat LMS licensing, Plynn came in roughly 70% cheaper - because spend follows courses actually generated and taken, not shelf space.
90%repeat usage
Nine out of ten employees who created a course came back to create at least one more. Repeat usage is the metric we watch hardest: it separates a tool people are told to use from one they choose to.
< 2 minfrom prompt to course
Median time from an employee's prompt to a ready, structured course - sequenced video segments with notes, quizzes, and an AI tutor - was under two minutes.

What the pilot team said

Pasted word-for-word from pilot feedback. Roles only - the team gets to stay anonymous.

I've just tried one of the courses created with Plynn and I have to say it's really impressive. The ability to generate a course tailored to what we need is great. You can ask questions as you go, and it creates mini tests to check your understanding.
Data Analyst
It provides a very practical workflow for just-in-time learning, especially in environments where new information comes up quickly. One of the best parts is that it surfaces the relevant clip and stops automatically, which makes it much easier to learn a concept without wasting time.
Software Engineer
This is such a great app. I've tested it for a couple of different ideas and it has come through above expectations.
Business Associate
Plynn provides a very interesting and intuitive way to create our own learning journey.
Customer Support Specialist

How we measured

The pilot ran with a single fintech customer across multiple functions (engineering, data, customer support, and business operations). Adoption and repeat usage come from product analytics over the pilot period; the cost comparison uses the customer’s existing per-seat LMS pricing as the baseline; generation time is the median measured from prompt submission to course availability. Pilot cohorts are small by nature - we publish these figures as measured results from one deployment, not as guarantees. We’ll update this page as more deployments produce comparable data.
